Company Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Company Administrator for a growing business based in the north side of Glasgow.

You’ll be joining a busy department that supports client services, finance, and data operations functions. While your primary focus will be on client account admin this is a varied role with the opportunity to support wider teams and develop your skill set across multiple areas of the business.

The environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of their workload. You’ll play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction through efficient and accurate admin support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate incoming data and raise any discrepancies directly with clients
  • Format and load new customer accounts into internal systems
  • Generate and send reports and files to clients as required
  • Prepare and distribute invoices and account statements
  • Respond to client emails promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records
  • Collaborate across departments where necessary to ensure smooth workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a financial or data-driven administrative environment (Essential)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel (Essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach
