We are currently looking for several Customer Service Advisors to join a growing business in the north side of Glasgow. The Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls
- Engage with customers who may be facing financial difficulties
- Work on behalf of reputable clients to resolve outstanding balances
- Assess customer needs and affordability to find suitable solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Accurately update and maintain customer account notes
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications
Skills & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and show empathy in difficult conversations
- Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new tools
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
Previous experience in customer service is essential
