We are recruiting for an experienced Field Sales Manager for a thriving Grangemouth based business, offering the chance to lead growth and make a real impact across Central Scotland.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Win new business across construction, trade and housebuilding sectors
- Manage and grow key accounts, building long-term relationships
- Deliver quotes, proposals and tenders in line with targets
- Track market trends and identify new opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service
- Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
About You
- Proven experience in external sales or business development
- Strong network within construction or related sectors in Central Scotland
- Commercially aware with a proactive target-driven approach
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory
- Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer
- Salary will be in the range of £40-£50k with excellent OTE
