About the Role

We are working with a market-leading manufacturing business in East Kilbride, and they’re on the lookout for a H&S Administrator to join their growing team. This is a brand-new role created due to business growth and it’s a great time to come on board!

You’ll support the QHSE Manager and wider team with all aspects of admin across quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance. While the focus is admin, this role has long-term potential to grow into a Quality Engineer position if that’s a path that interests you however there’s no pressure to move in that direction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Document control – managing full document lifecycle
  • Supporting audits and QHSE activities
  • Assisting with ISO 9001 & 14001 processes
  • Daily reporting – Excel skills needed
  • Maintaining H&S records and logs
  • Data analysis for reporting
  • Logging and escalating customer/supplier complaints

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong admin experience, ideally within Quality, HSE, or Manufacturing
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and keen to learn
  • Someone looking for a long-term career in a stable, growing business
