Internal Sales/Office Admin

We are recruiting for a brand-new Internal Sales/Office Admin position based on the East side of Glasgow. This is an immediate opportunity to join a friendly, professional team in a varied and hands-on role.  This is a dual position combining some outbound B2B sales activity, existing customer account management along with day-to-day sales administration and office support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Proactively contacting new B2B prospects and following up leads
  • Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing orders and issuing quotations
  • Creating delivery notes and sales invoices (SAP Business One)
  • Booking couriers and organising shipments
  • Supporting the wider sales team and general office administration

What we are looking for:

  • Confident communicator — comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to use your own initiative
  • Good IT skills (Word & Excel essential)
  • High attention to detail with solid literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience with SAP Business One would be an advantage (but not essential)
