IT Helpdesk Executive

Partnership Recruiting are working with a fast-growing, innovative tech company looking for a Technical Customer Support Advisor to join their expanding support team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

  • Deliver 1st–2nd line support across various systems
  • Manage installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and server environments
  • Maintain network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls)
  • Assist with IT projects and adapt to evolving technologies

What You’ll Need:

  • Solid IT support background (hardware/software/networking)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, DNS/DHCP, Entra
  • Strong networking skills – TCP/IP, routing, switching
  • Windows Server (2016+), SharePoint, MDM tools
  • Interest in AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot)
  • Full UK driving licence
