Partnership Recruiting are working with a fast-growing, innovative tech company looking for a Technical Customer Support Advisor to join their expanding support team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Deliver 1st–2nd line support across various systems
- Manage installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and server environments
- Maintain network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls)
- Assist with IT projects and adapt to evolving technologies
What You’ll Need:
- Solid IT support background (hardware/software/networking)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, DNS/DHCP, Entra
- Strong networking skills – TCP/IP, routing, switching
- Windows Server (2016+), SharePoint, MDM tools
- Interest in AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot)
- Full UK driving licence
