We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of a busy hotel and holiday park environment where you will take ownership of a wide range of maintenance tasks across the site.
Overtime is consistently available making this an ideal role for someone who wants to boost their earnings!
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, joinery, painting and minor electrical work
- Service and maintain hot tubs daily in line with safety standards
- Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests
- Conduct regular inspections of accommodation units and communal areas
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimise issues and downtime
- Assist with outdoor and seasonal tasks such as groundskeeping and unit preparation
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a maintenance, trades or similar hands-on role
- A strong all-round skillset across general repairs and upkeep
- Someone proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently
- A practical problem-solver with good attention to detail
- Friendly and professional when interacting with guests and colleagues
- Flexible with working hours including occasional weekends
- Full UK driving licence
