We are recruiting a Site Maintenance Manager for a leading manufacturing facility in East Lothian.

The Role
- Lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team (mechanical & electrical)
- Manage site-wide maintenance, projects & automation systems
- Drive plant performance with smart use of CMMS (PEMAC preferred)
- Ensure safety, compliance & maximum uptime across operations
- Coach and develop your team to meet high performance standards
- Work closely with ops to support long-term growth & innovation
About You
- Engineering qualification (mechanical/electrical or related)
- 10+ years in maintenance/engineering leadership roles
- Experience within heavy engineering
- Skilled in lean, TPM, asset management & safety compliance
- A strong leader
