SRS Partnership are currently looking for a time served electrician to join the existing electrical engineering team for our North Ayrshire based client.
They provide various services in the water sector throughout the UK and are trusted to deliver consistent value for money engineering solutions, installations, and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison with the electrical design engineer/s.
• Ensure specific tools are signed out to you using the company app.
• Liaise with site operatives once on site to ensure the works can be progressed as
per the RAMS.
• Installing any equipment to a high standard including cable tray, conduit, junction
boxes, cabling, sensors, switches, sockets, lighting, control panels, glanding, and
sensors, and use any installation literature provided.
• Supervision of site operatives and staff.
• Ensuring Compliance with Company Quality Management System.
• Ensuring Compliance with Client Specification.
• Client Engagement and Relationship Building.
What We Need from You:
- Water Industry experience and be comfortable working in wastewater and clean
water environments. - Knowledge of electrical systems fittings and fixtures in industrial applications.
- Knowledge of installation of fittings and fixtures in industrial applications.
- Maturity and practicality.
- full clean car driving licence.
- Familiar with or having experience in electrical installation for industrial applications
and electrical or mechanical systems. - You will possess a hands-on & proactive work ethic.
- You must be comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to achieve objectives safely, efficiently, and under time constraints.
- First Aid Appointed Persons.
- Hold a DOMS/National Water Hygiene Card.
- Electrical CSCS Card.
- Confined Space Trained.
- Must have 16th, 17th, or 18th Edition.
