Job Description
Partnership Recruiting are looking for a motivated and dynamic Internal Salesperson to join the existing sales team at our client's South Ayrshire manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company's continued growth and investment, playing a key role in developing existing customer relationships and driving new business.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, maintaining relationships and driving repeat business through proactive sales calls
- Work closely with the wider sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Accurately record and update all relevant market and customer information within the CRM system
- Work in tandem with the production department to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and deadlines are met
- Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an internal sales or account management role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to upsell and develop new business opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and work well under pressure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP systems for order processing is an advantage, but not essential
