Starting salary is £25k–£27k, with potential earnings of £30k in Year 1 and £35k in Year 2. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to engage new customers
- Showcase products and services
- Meet sales targets
- Make 80 calls per day (90 minutes talk time)
- Build relationships and drive customer satisfaction
- Log activities in the CRM and follow up on enquiries
Requirements
- 6+ months' phone-based or customer-facing sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to thrive on feedback and training
