SRS Partnership are supporting a leading provider of waste management solutions, as they expand their operations department. They are looking for a proactive Logistics Transport Planner to join the team at their Paisley site.
About the Role:
This permanent, full-time position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Initially working Monday to Friday, you will be an integral part of the Operations team, managing logistics to ensure smooth material movements and effective job planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate transport jobs with precision.
- Prepare detailed job packs and ensure compliance with VOSA and Working Time Regulations.
- Process, check, and file all company and client paperwork accurately.
- Analyse driver information and assist in the completion of invoicing processes.
About You:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant logistics software (FTA Gateway / Vision, Tachomaster).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to liaise across all levels of the business.
